Training and Mentoring Components

Training

  • Physical training (1, 2, or 3 days a week)

  • The sessions consist of:

    • speed and agility training

    • quick twitch movements

    • body control

    • body weight exercises

    • controlling breathing

    • weights

    • mental focus

  • Pricing: $40 per session

Mentoring

Mentoring consists of:

  • Mental training (discussions about topics such as mental toughness, socializing, substance use, etc.)

  • Mentoring (at least 2 group and individual text messages per week regarding what is going on in their lives including counseling and encouragement)

  • Private mentorship (availability for the student -athlete to reach out to Coach Wright privately at any time with personal concerns)

  • Academic accountability (grades are reported to Coach Wright on Fridays)

  • Availability to talk to parents at any time about their student-athlete and any ongoing struggles

  • Pricing: $50 per session includes training components (above) and mentoring

Sports Ability Consultation

  • Coach Wright will attend the student-athlete’s practice

  • Coach Wright will evaluate the student-athlete’s performance, including film assessment if needed

  • Coach Wright will provide feedback on sports ability and training strategy

  • Pricing: One-time or ongoing assessment: $50 per session (Football-specific, track-specific and basketball-specific trainings are also available)
